This program, known as FRP, is a way of rewarding clients who refer others to Animal Hospital of Factoria. Every time a new client lists you as the source of their referral, you get a $10 credit on your account and earn 10 FRP points towards one of your pets. After earning 30 points you receive a one-year 25% discount on services and supplies for one pet. For every additional 30 points earned you may extend your discount for another year or you may add another pet to this program. The fine print: The FRP year-long discounts do not apply to boarding, food, specialists' services or pre-paid health plans. The 25% year-long discount is non-transferable, so be sure to specify which pet you would like your discount applied to. | Pre-Paid Puppy/Kitten Health Program (PPHP)
The PPHP includes most vaccinations needed as a puppy/kitten, free office visits until the first birthday, and multiple fecal tests and routine de-worming to eliminate internal parasites. This package deal offers tremendous savings compared to paying for each individual service. The fine print: All services are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be completed by your puppy/kitten's first birthday. This is not a health insurance program. Animal Hospital of Factoria does not prorate the cost of this program in cases of early termination, or if some vaccines have been given elsewhere. | | | Six-Month Medication Supply Discount Program
In order to help our clients whose pets require ongoing medications, we offer a 20% discount when purchasing a 6-month supply of certain prescription medications. Please note that narcotics and some other classes of medication are excluded from this program. The fine print: Your pet must be up-to-date on annual exams, vaccines, and any required blood work. Orders must be pre-paid and are non-refundable. |
